Women's Beginning Mindfulness 2-Day Workshop
Gather a group of close friends or family and join us on

We are so excited to share this unique and fun 2-day workshop! We have created a teaching model that allows participants to practice mindfulness skills while working hands-on with our horses. This method allows for real-time feedback as we learn how to implement new skills.
We will dive into these four themes of mindfulness:
Mind ~ Body ~ Emotion ~ Compassion
Our goal is to give you practical tools to address the anxious thoughts, the body tension, and the overwhelm that we all experience at times. By at the end of this class, you will have a foundation to incorporate a mindfulness practice in your everyday life. Surrounded by nature and our herd of horses, this is a truly transformative experience.
Light snacks & refreshments are available throughout the day. A beautiful and healthy buffet lunch is served each day. Please contact us for info.
